Shipping Information
We do our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
During new product launches or peak sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. As a small team, we truly appreciate your patience and support while we work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately — which means we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Please note that tracking details may take up to one business day to appear after dispatch.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for a delivery notice or safe drop location
If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order — including apartment or unit numbers.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee. We do not cover shipping costs for reshipments.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
