Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a faulty or damaged product
  • You received the wrong order
  • You wish to return the item for another valid reason

To qualify, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging)
  • Have the return tag still attached and intact
  • Include your proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused and sent back to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at a.ynah@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation before sending your package.
  3. Once approved, pack your item(s) securely with your proof of purchase.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless there was an issue on our side.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the return.
